Spring -- and Gianna -- have arrived!
Springtime has rolled into the Shenandoah Valley, and that means it's time for sessions with our V.I.Ps! The sun brought us together at our favorite spot and we had lots to enjoy! The last time we saw Kayla, she was pregnant with Gianna and we were making her snowy photo session dreams come true. It was ✨MAGIC✨ which is absolutely how I felt about the greens popping out everywhere and the gorgeous blue sky! I finally got to meet the newest addition to the family, and remind myself to keep it together and do my job! It has been such a joy to get to know Kayla and watch her beautiful family grow. I am endlessly impressed by the amazing mother she is, and by the amazing children she has. It was a beautiful thing when Lorenzo and Kayla met and he fit right into this beautiful family like a perfect fitting glove. When I tell you that this journey has been wonderful for ME....just imagine how great it has been for them! It shows...it shows in how they all get along, work together and just enjoy being in each other's company. It's a truly beautiful thing....you can see it in the photos!
For this session, Kayla brought both her parents to round out the fun and give them a chance to be in some photos with their grandkids. Something I loveee and will always be in favor of! It's always a pleasure seeing her parents, and they make capturing magic and love in a photo so easy! We had chances to document the bonds between both Gracie and Gabriella have with their grandparents, and each other. We captured sweet moments of Gracie being an amazing big sister to Gianna, and sweet moments where Gabriella actually sat still and smiled for a photo!! Kayla got to share cute moments with her parents, and Lorenzo utilized his top-notch dad energy as the baby whisperer, calming down the crying littles! It's amazing how much awesome we witnessed in the span of an hour.
